Welcome to SiteStream Security. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://sitestreamsecurity.com), our mobile security hardware (trailers/units), and our remote monitoring software platform (the “Services”). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, leasing, or using SiteStream Security products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Services and Equipment

• Deployment: SiteStream provides mobile security trailers and camera units. Customer is responsible for providing a suitable, stable location for deployment unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Maintenance: SiteStream will perform routine maintenance. However, the Customer must notify SiteStream immediately of any visible damage or technical malfunctions.
• Prohibited Use: Customer shall not move, tamper with, or attempt to repair the equipment without express written consent from SiteStream.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Equipment: Unless purchased outright, all trailers and hardware remain the exclusive property of SiteStream Security.
• Software: SiteStream grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the monitoring dashboard. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Content: All website content, logos, and designs are the property of SiteStream Security and are protected by copyright laws.

Data Privacy and Video Footage

• Storage: Video footage is recorded and stored according to your service plan. SiteStream is not responsible for footage lost due to hardware tampering or expiration of storage cycles.
• Compliance: Customer is responsible for ensuring that the placement of cameras and the collection of footage comply with local privacy laws and "expectation of privacy" regulations.
• Access: SiteStream may access footage for technical support, maintenance, or as required by law (e.g., subpoenas).

Fees and Payment

• Billing: Services are billed on a [Monthly/Annual] basis.
• Late Fees: Payments not received by the due date may result in service suspension and/or late fees.
• Taxes: Customer is responsible for all applicable sales and use taxes.

Limitation of Liability

SiteStream Security provides tools to deter and monitor activity, but we do not guarantee the prevention of theft, vandalism, or injury.

• No Insurance Substitute: SiteStream Security is not an insurer. Customer should maintain adequate insurance coverage for their job site and assets.
• Indirect Damages: In no event shall SiteStream be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteStream Security and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the equipment, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party privacy rights.

Modifications to Terms

SiteStream Security reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via the email address associated with their account or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.
